PAST TRAUMA RESOLUTION - LIFE TRANSFORMATION - BODY MASTERY
60-90 MINUTE SESSIONS
The healthy and heart-happy life you desire is reasonable and achievable. Once you connect and align your spirit to your heart and body; learn to listen and trust; it all becomes possible and achievable. I will guide you so you can become aware of and release your past traumas emotionally, mentally, physically, and energetically. This allows you to get in touch with your true self and intuition, and build a trusting relationship with your body and desires to manifest a more fulfilled life. It's all about transforming your life from fear-based living to a heart-centered living and release the identities and behaviors that no longer serve you.
We will uncover and release the identities and behaviors that have been hiding and causing the stress, pain and triggers in your life. When necessary, we will also release and heal generational traumas, perform cord cutting for better healthier relationships, and perform soul rejuvenation to recenter your soul and body. You will receive tools and techniques to manage daily stressors, and reprogram thoughts and patterns. This can include learning how your body speaks to you and asks for help, and the diet and exercises that feel good for both you and your body. SPIRITUAL/LIFE GUIDANCE + ADVICE
30 MIN INCREMENTS
These sessions are for individuals that are at crossroads in their life, looking to make a change, and are not sure what direction they are headed. We will spend time looking through the issues that are preventing you to move forward and break them down. You will receive guidance and tools on how to move forward with your desires to manifest what you desire in life. Sessions can be virtual or in-person.
INVESTMENT: $75/30 MIN
EMOTIONAL LAYER RELEASE (4-SESSION PACKAGE)
30-45 MINUTES
In these sessions, we will release hidden emotional layers that have caused the heart to close. Each session lasts about 30 min. You will experience more clarity, fewer triggers, and feel lighter after each session. Sessions can be virtual or in-person.

ENERGY HEALING
1 HOUR
During these sessions, the client will usually experience rest and relaxation, some temporary physical and emotional release, energy, and chakra balancing. These sessions are similar to Reiki Sessions. Sessions can be virtual or in-person.
